Skills, Attributes and Abilities Strong customer service capability; with experience in developing and maintaining positive relations with parents, families, peers and guests.

Workplace Environment Fast-paced work environment.
Frequent handling of queries and calls from clients, colleagues, service providers and managers.
Required to have a flexible work week in order to meet client needs, community-based services.
Other Requirements Shift and room assignments are assigned according to Centre needs and subject to change as necessary.
Must be willing to work with all age groups and be flexible to accommodate operational needs.
Floaters will be required to travel to varies offices of the Agency or of its affiliates from time to time as part of your duties.

Candidates must hold an Early Childhood Education degree or diploma and be a registered member in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators. A valid Standard First Aid Certificate and knowledge of CCEYA, AQI, HDLH, and ELECT are required.
