Provide one-on-one support to children with autism spectrum disorder to teach meaningful life skills based on individualized goals. Work within a team in community settings, including childcare centres and family homes, to encourage learning through creativity and play.
Candidates must have a minimum of a Grade 12 diploma, current First Aid and CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Experience or coursework in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is considered an asset.
