Description Job Purpose
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English As A Second Language Teacher to join our team at Oxford International Toronto. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping learners improve their English language skills and achieve their academic and professional goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to adult learners. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation. Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles. Support students in achieving their language proficiency goals in general, academic, and business English. Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum and share best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; TESL or CELTA certification.
Experience and knowledge Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language to adult learners. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning environment.
Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
