  • </u></strong></p><p>School District No. 91 (Nechako Lakes) is seeking applications for <strong>Casual Learning Support Workers</strong> to support students in the Fraser Lake area. This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours.</p><p>The successful candidate will:</p><ul><li>Work with school and district staff to support the individual needs of students</li><li>Assist in the delivery of regular or alternate education programs for individuals or groups</li><li>Advocate for students and participate in school-based teams as needed</li></ul><ul> </ul> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Completion of Grade 12 (Dogwood Certificate)</li><li>Completion of an <strong>Education Assistant Certificate</strong> program</li><li>Minimum of 6 months of experience working with children/youth with intellectual, behavioral, or multiple disabilities</li><li>Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record (driver’s abstract required)</li><li>WHMIS 2015 Certificate and familiarity with WorkSafeBC safety procedures</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> Applicants without the required certification will be considered <strong>Uncertified</strong> and compensated at the corresponding rate.
