- Successful candidates will be teaching the BC's New Curriculum and supporting learners.</p><p><span>Position 1: </span>Physical & Health.Education Teacher ( Grade 3-5 )</p><p>Start Date: September 1, 2026</p><p>Salary: $6600 per month</p><p><i><span>We are seeking candidates who have the below qualifications:</span></i></p><ul><li>Bachelors of Education</li><li>Valid BC Teaching Certificate (Coach/Athlete with SR or COQ).
- Special attention will be given to applicants who are certified to or can be certified to teach in British Columbia.</li><li>You must be eligible to be employed in Canada.</li><li>Preferable: Teaching experience within Canada</li><li>Ability to work full time</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of the BC Curriculum</li><li>Ability to plan and implement lessons based on division and school objectives including the needs and abilities of students required</li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, peers and parents required</li><li>Excellent communication skills in the English language, both oral and written required</li></ul><p>For your application to be considered, all required documents must be included.</p><p>Teacher application which include:</p><ul><li>resume</li><li>cover letter</li><li>recent teaching reports and/or practicum reports</li><li>copy of BC Teaching Certificate and/or TQS card or information on current status</li></ul><p>Khalsa School is a Sikh school and a part of the student’s education at our schoolsincludes education in the Sikh Faith (Sikh music, history, scriptures).
