The Opportunity
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide quality delivery of assigned Early Childhood Education courses utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and grading class tests, assignments, and exams.

What you bring to the position
To succeed in this thrilling role, you should bring
Five (5) years of related work experience in an Early Childhood Education environment is required. University degree in a related field (Teaching, Early Childhood Education, etc.) is required. A degree or diploma in Adult Education is considered an asset. Understanding of Adult Learning Principles is preferred. Teaching experience is preferred. Teaching experience in an online environment is considered an asset. Demonstrated leadership skills including inspiration, motivation, and facilitation. Strong prioritization and interpersonal skills to balance multiple demands. Readiness and willingness to apply different ways of communicating to accommodate various learning styles. Ability to facilitate group sessions and presentations. Good technical ability and computer literacy.
