The educator is responsible for implementing an emergent curriculum and supporting children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development. They must maintain detailed documentation and collaborate with specialists like speech and occupational therapists.

Candidates must hold a valid british columbia ece/It license and current standard child care first aid and cpr certifications. A clear criminal record check and up-To-Date immunizations are also required.
