Core responsibilities
The youth engagement facilitator is responsible for delivering energetic and safe youth programming while fostering healthy relationships with participants. They will also manage activity setups, provide supervision, and collect participation data to support the ymca's mission.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be between 15 and 30 years of age and legally entitled to work in canada. Essential qualifications include experience working with youth aged 13-18, current first aid and cpr certification, and a satisfactory criminal record check.
