The instructor is responsible for supervising students in the personal support worker clinical program and delivering curriculum using provided instructor manuals. They must evaluate student progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure a professional and safe learning environment.

Candidates must have at least 36 months of work experience in a relevant clinical setting and hold a valid psw, rn, or rpn certification. A bachelor's degree or equivalent college diploma is required, along with a clear vulnerable sector check and tb test.
