The instructor is responsible for supervising students in the personal support worker clinical program and delivering curriculum using provided instructor manuals. They must evaluate student progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure a professional and safe learning environment.

Candidates must have at least 36 months of work experience in the vocation and hold a personal support worker certificate along with relevant clinical experience. A valid vulnerable sector check and clear tb test result are mandatory for this role.
