Day Camp Behavioural Specialist (Canada Summer Jobs)

The behavioural specialist monitors campers with specific needs, implements behavior management techniques, and supports program staff in facilitating behavioral support plans. They also ensure the health and safety of all participants while maintaining accurate incident reports and documentation.

Candidates must have at least one year of post-Secondary education in health science, social services, or recreation administration and one year of experience working with behaviorally challenged children. Completion of crisis prevention institute (Cpi) training is required, and a valid first aid and cpr certification is considered an asset.
