Early Childhood Assistant-ECA

The early childhood assistant supports the development and behavior of children by facilitating age-Appropriate programs and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. They are responsible for documenting child progress, ensuring health and safety standards, and building meaningful relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent communication skills, along with a criminal reference check with vulnerable sector screening. Standard first aid and level c cpr certifications are required, and one year of related experience is preferred.
