Core responsibilities
- Organize and prepare laboratory procedures, equipment, and supplies for courses in cell and molecular biology.
- Plan and coordinate lab activities with instructors.
- Provide training and technical support to faculty, instructors, and students.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Procure laboratory supplies and manage inventory.
- Ensure safety compliance and waste management.
- Support research laboratories and student researchers.
- Improve laboratory procedures for safety and efficiency.
- Utilize relevant technology and equipment for lab operations
Requirements summary
Master's degree in biological sciences or related field, minimum 3 years laboratory experience, proficiency in cell culture, microscopy, molecular biology, lab safety, inventory management, and strong organizational and communication skills.
