The behaviour specialist will deliver behavioural support and education to rural and remote communities using a coaching approach. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to design and implement positive behaviour support plans while maintaining purposeful relationships with families and community partners.

Requirements summary

Candidates must hold a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification or a master’s/Doctoral degree in a related field such as psychology or special education. A minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience is preferred, along with the ability to travel throughout british columbia.
