Child Care Aide | New Brighton Campus

The child care aide will provide direct one-On-One and small group support to children, ensuring their safety and engagement while assisting with daily care routines like dressing, feeding, and hygiene. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive learning environment, encouraging social-Emotional development, and implementing individualized support strategies under the guidance of lead educators.

A high school diploma is required, though preferred qualifications include early childhood education level 1 or an education assistant certificate. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience working with children who have developmental delays or behavioral challenges, along with current first aid & cpr certification.
