Core responsibilities
As an early childhood educator, you will develop and implement programs aligned with brightpath's curriculum to support child development while maintaining a safe and protective environment. Responsibilities also include assessing children's abilities and needs, discussing progress with parents, and establishing collaborative relationships with staff and families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an early childhood education level 1, 2, or 3 certification or a bachelor of education/Equivalent, and must meet provincial requirements for childcare employment. Current standard first aid, infant child cpr, immunization, and a health assessment are also mandatory.
