Program Support Facilitator

The program support facilitator will assist clients with participating in structured activities focusing on social interaction, communication development, and daily living skills, while supporting the implementation of behavioural intervention strategies. Key duties also involve providing care and supervision in therapeutic and respite settings, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining necessary documentation.

Candidates must have or be working towards a diploma or certificate in fields like child & youth worker, developmental support worker, or autism behavioural sciences, along with experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or complex medical needs. Required qualifications include strong organizational and communication skills, cpr/First aid certification, and a clear vulnerable sector screening.
