Performance coaches are responsible for continuously improving the service offering by providing exceptional, customized personal training programs and coaching to help members achieve their fitness goals. This involves conducting sessions, offering encouragement, tracking client progress through assessments, and staying current on fitness strategies.
Candidates must possess post-Secondary education related to the health and fitness industry, such as kinesiology or physical education, along with a minimum of one year of related personal training experience and a nationally recognized personal training certification. Current cpr certification is mandatory.
