INTERNAL ONLY Impact Technician

The technician will apply one-On-One aba therapy principles to help children with autism reach their potential by providing direct therapy across established patients, generalizing aba principles, and implementing daily treatment sessions including data collection and note writing. Responsibilities also involve quickly developing rapport with young children (Ages 18 months to 8 years old) and collaborating with new teams to optimize treatment and safety.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 12 months of aba therapy experience and current rbt certification, along with a proven track record of reliable attendance and timely documentation completion. Internal candidates require specific performance scores, tenure, and a supervisor recommendation, while all applicants need a high school diploma/Ged, valid driver's license, and reliable daily transportation.
