About the role

Coaches are responsible for delivering engaging soccer sessions to young children (ages 3-8), focusing on skill development, teamwork, and maintaining a safe learning environment. Team Leads must also inspire and mentor other coaches, manage schedules, and oversee overall program quality and safety.

Grassroots Soccer Coach: Join our mission to ignite a passion for soccer in young players!

Role & Responsibilities: Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.

Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development.

Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.

Compensation

$25-$35/session, based on experience and group size.

Team

Lead: Provide leadership and inspiration for both coaches and aspiring players.

Role &

Responsibilities: Inspire and mentor fellow coaches. Schedule and manage coaching shifts to ensure seamless program execution. Adapt to unpredictable weather, rescheduling when necessary. Ensure consistent availability Sunday through Thursday evenings. Maintain meticulous records of player attendance and coach availability. Oversee program quality and safety, ensuring it's always up to standard. Engage in weekly meetings, contributing to program enhancements.
