The virtual recruiter will actively recruit childcare staff, manage the interview process, and onboard new hires to support sentient's growth. Responsibilities also include creating recruitment posts, monitoring orientation completion, and tracking recruitment strategies.
Candidates should have at least 6 months of recruiting experience, preferably in education or childcare. A post-Secondary education in hr or a related field is required, along with a positive vulnerable sector check.
