The commercial driving instructor is responsible for guiding, encouraging, and training new students to successfully attain their class 1 license and prepare them for a safe career as a professional truck driver. This role requires a strong safety mindset and the heart of a teacher.
Candidates must possess a valid nb class 1 license for at least 5 years, a clean safety record, clean criminal record check, and clean driver abstract. A minimum of 5 years as a professional commercial driver and a high school diploma or ged are also mandatory requirements.
