The ECA is responsible for creating a warm, inclusive learning environment and supervising children during activities. They will also assist with meals and nap times while maintaining safety and compliance with regulations.

As an ECA, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with childcare staff and the Supervisor at various centres located in Durham region. Your role includes fostering a nurturing, safe environment for children from infant to school age, supporting daily activities, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
