The aba therapist implements behavior modification and skill acquisition programs as directed by the bcba and collects data on these programs. They also record session notes and report successes and challenges to the supervising bcba.
Candidates should have the ability to read and write english and a high school diploma with one aba-Related course recommended. Experience in education or an autism-Related field is also recommended.
